  • What is Golden Promise Rewards Programme and how do I earn Golden Promise Rewards points?

    The Golden Promise Rewards Programme allows you to enjoy a wide selection of Golden Promise Rewards with the Golden Promise Rewards points (GP points) you earn by spending on travel products at Golden Promise Travel Agency Co. through your corporate or personal account. You earn 1 GP point for every HK$1 paid to Golden Promise Travel Agency Co. Credit point is calculated based on the value of each transaction effected in issued invoice rounded down to the nearest Golden Promise Rewards point.

  • Is there an enrolment fee?

    No, Golden Promise Rewards Programme membership is free of charge.

  • Can anyone become a member of Golden Promise Rewards Programme?

    Any corporations or individual aged 18 and above can enroll in the Golden Promise Rewards Programme. To register a corporate account, applicant must obtain company’s approval through signing the enrolment form with company’s chop.

  • How do I qualify for Golden Promise Rewards points (GP points)?

    - For personal user:Upon completion of the online application form on Golden Promise Rewards website, you can start earning GP points by quoting the membership number during the purchase of travel products.
    - For corporate user: Fill out the application form which can be downloaded on Golden Promise Rewards website and send us the application form through email/mail/ fax. Company will receive an account activation email with membership number once the application form is approved by Golden Promise Travel Agency Co. Then you can start earning GP points by quoting the membership number during the purchase of travel products.

  • Can I register for both corporate and personal account?

    Yes, you can apply for two memberships. To register for corporate membership, company must nominate an individual person as its representative ("Member") to enroll in Golden Promise Rewards on its behalf, but not in his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. Company’s representative must obtain company’s approval through signing the enrolment form with company’s chop.Membership is accepted at the sole discretion of Golden Promise Travel Agency Co.

  • Can I combine more than one account to redeem awards?

    Golden Promise Rewards points earned in different accounts cannot be combined or transferred to redeem any reward.

  • Can I sell or barter my accrued Golden Promise Rewards points?

    The sale or barter of any Golden Promise Rewards points other than authorized and/or sponsored by Golden Promise Travel Agency Co. is expressly prohibited.

  • 8. When do my Golden Promise Rewards points expire?

    Golden Promise Rewards points will expire in 2 years from the date in which member registers a membership account.

  • 9. How can I check my balance in Golden Promise Rewards Programme?

    Sign in at www.goldenpromise.com.hk/rewards and your account balance will be shown next to your membership number on the homepage.

  • 10. How do I browse gifts that I am eligible to redeem with my current Golden Promise Rewards point balance?

    Sign in at www.goldenpromise.com.hk/rewards and click “point range” in the search bar. By selecting different point range, you can browse gifts that you are eligible to redeem with your current point balance.

  • 11. When will my Golden Promise Rewards points be deducted?

    The corresponding Golden Promise Rewards points will be deducted from your Golden Promise Rewards membership account immediately after you submit the gift redemption application.

  • 12. When will I receive my redeemed gift(s)?

    A redeem confirmation will be sent to you through email for gift collection within 4 to 8 weeks from the date of application received.

  • 13. What is the valid period of my gift voucher (s)?

    It depends on the type of voucher you redeemed .Please refer to your voucher for the valid period.

  • 14. Can I extend the valid period of my gift voucher?

    We regret that we are unable to extend the valid period of your gift voucher.

  • 15. Can I request to cancel my redemption?

    We regret that we are unable to cancel redemptions once you have submitted the redemption application.

  • 16. I have received the redeem confirmation. Can I nominate someone else to collect the gift on my behalf?

    You may nominate a representative to collect the redeemed gifts on your behalf for both personal and corporate account. A gift collection authorization form, a redeem confirmation, a copy of your representative’s HKID card/passport and a copy of your registered HKID card/passport are required for gift collection. For corporate account, the company representative stated in the application form is requested to sign as acknowledgement of receipt with company chop at the time of gift collection.

  • How do I redeem my Rewards?

    You can easily redeem gifts on Golden Promise Rewards webpage.

    • STEP 1
      Log on http://www.goldenpromise.com.hk/rewards
    • STEP 2
      Click on different gift categories to look for gifts available for redemption.
    • STEP 3
      Select your desired reward and click "add to cart".
    • STEP 4
      Click on the shopping cart and select the quantity of reward you wish to redeem. Click "check out" to proceed.
    • STEP 5
      Click "submit" to submit the gift redemption application.
    • STEP 6
      A redeem confirmation will be sent to the member through email for gift collection within 4 to 8 weeks from the date of application received.
  • 18. How do I collect my gifts?

    To collect your gifts, you must present the printed copy of the redeem confirmation and identification documents at the time of gift collection, and sign on the redeem confirmation as acknowledgement of receipt.
