Step 1:Log on to your membership account (personal/corporate).

Step 2:Click on different gift categories to look for gifts available for redemption.

Step 3: Select your desired reward and click "add to cart".

Step 4:Click on the shopping cart and select the quantity of reward you wish to redeem.Click "check out" to proceed. 

Step 5:Click "submit" to submit the gift redemption application.

Step 6:A redemption confirmation will be sent to the member through e-mail for gift collection within 4 to 8 weeks from the date of application received.

Note: GP points will be subtracted from member 's account immediately after member submitted the gift redemption application. If the gift redemption is not successful;GP points will be credited back to member's account.
