There is a new convenient bus connection from Kowloon in Hong Kong to Shenzhen Airport. In the recently completed Elements shopping centre above the Kowloon MTR station on the Tung Chung and the Airport Express line, there is a shop front waiting room where one can check-in and receive ones boarding pass, and then board a bus direct to Shenzhen airport.

Reservation Procedure
(1) SERVICE REQUEST : Please provide the following information for reservation:-

• Contact Telephone Number & Email address
• Ticket Journey & Ticket Type

Service Request can be submitted via Tel, Fax, E-mail below or visit our office.
   
(2) SERVICE CONFIRMATION: A confirmation notice will be sent to your e-mail account within the next 24 hours with booking details, payment methods and payment due date.

PAYMENT SETTLEMENT : non-refundable full payment is required upon success reservation. Please settle payment per one of the payment methods listed on email.

Ticket Voucher
Upon/prior travel commencement, please present the original copy of Ticket Voucher in exchange for Physical Ticket(s) at Kowloon Station Ticketing Counter (1/F China Coach Terminus, Elements).
   
Note
• Through: Shenzhen Hong Kong West Corridor, with Hong Kong/mainland China checkpoints under one roof
• Whole journey time: 90 minutes
• Each passenger can check-in with maximum of 2 pieces of baggage
(Total dimensions per baggage shall not exceed 56cmx36cmx22cm)
($10 will be charged for each baggage if the dimensions are exceeded)
• E-voucher or Ticket Voucher cannot not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Any unauthorized alteration or improper damage to Ticket Voucher may treat as invalid.
