[Collection Points]

After pre-purchase your Hong Kong Tourist Pass, you can pick up from any of our Collection Points in Hong Kong.

*Please remember you will be required to bring with you your receipt of purchase and present it to the staff at the Collection Point. Please allow 24 hours for your pass to be available for pick up. 

Your pre-purchased Hong Kong Tourist Pass can be collected at the following outlets:

1/ Counter A8 @ Hong Kong International Airport - Counter A8, Main Arrival Hall, (opposite Exit A), Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1 (Daily 7am- 11:00pm)

2/ Golden Promise travel - RM 916, 9/F, Tower A, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road,Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon 

(MTR Tsim Sha Tsui, Exit P) (Mon-Fri 9am- 7pm, Sat 9am-1pm, Public Holiday Closed)

[How to use]

Show your tourist pass to designated theme park for entry or receive entry ticket at A08 HK Airport Counter. Please read our e-brochure for more details.

[Terms & Conditions]

- Offers are valid for six months from the date of card activation.

- Call customer service hotline to activate your pass before use.

- Every item on the pass can be redeemed once only.

- Above offers can be paid by cash or credit card. 

- No refund or exchange on any ticket is permitted 

- Please reserve your tickets at least before 2 working days in advanced.
