Terms & Conditions

• Only valid for one-day visit at Adventure Cove Waterpark for a single guest.
• The One Day Pass is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
• The One Day Pass does not include admission to S.E.A. Aquarium.
• Adventure Cove Waterpark One Day Pass does not include chargable programs.

Reservation Procedure

1. Service Request can  be submitted via Tel, Fax or E-mail. Please contact our customer service officers in minimum (2) FULL working day in advance on arrangements.
2. For service(s) that NOT available for instant confirmation, our customer service officer will contact you via e-mail within the next 24 hours in order to confirm you the product’s availability with payment methods and payment due date.
   If you receive no reply from our side, please contact us at (852) 2739 4296  for further details.
3. Non-refundable full payment is required upon success reservation. Please settle payment per one of the payment methods we suggest.
4. Upon receive your successful payment, Confirmation and / or Service Voucher will be issued and sent to your email account within 24 hours.
