General Remarks

[Collection Points]
After pre-purchase your iVenture Card, you can pick up from any of our Collection Points in Hong Kong.
*Please remember you will be required to bring with you your receipt of purchase and present it to the staff at the Collection Point. Please allow 24 hours for your package to be available for pick up.

Your pre-purchased Hong Kong & Macau iVenture Card can be collected at the following outlets:

1/ Hong Kong 3D Museum

Address: Shop 1&5, 1/F Hilton Tower, 96 Granville Road Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon (MTR Tsim Sha Tsui, Exit P)

Opening Hours: 10am-10pm, Monday to Sunday

[Terms & Conditions]
- Duration: 1 month from card activation.
- Booking Validity: Unused benefits expire 3 months from date of purchase.
- You may not return to an Operator to obtain the same Benefit a second time
- Adult is defined as a person of the age of 12 years or above; Child is defined as a person between the age of 3 and 11 years
- No refund or exchange on any ticket is permitted
- Please reserve your tickets at least before 2 working days in advanced.

Reservation Procedure

1.   Service Request can  be submitted via Tel, Fax or E-mail. Please contact our customer service officers in minimume (2) FULL working day in advance on arrangements.
2.  For service(s) that NOT available for instant confirmation, our customer service officer will contact you via e-mail within the next 24 hours in order to confirm you the product’s availability with payment methods and payment due date.
3. If you receive no reply from our side, please contact us at (852) 2739 4296  for further detail.
4.   Non-refundable full payment is required upon success reservation. Please settle payment per one of the payment methods we suggest.
5.  Upon receive your successful payment, Confirmation and / or Service Voucher will be issued and sent to your email account within 24 hours.
